The Reading Well

At The Reading Well, we love to draw up the ability to read confidently in each and every child. We understand that some children will not pick up reading naturally or simply have a slower start than others, and that's ok. We are here to help. Our primary tool is using a phonetic approach to understanding how the English language actually works. Each lesson builds step by step with the necessary fundamentals in a positive, game-based and effective way.   

 

Our program starts from the bottom up to build knowledge and facility with the 44 essential English language phonemes. It introduces phonemic awareness piece by piece by making the connection between the sounds that we speak and the symbols we used to represent those sounds. Our lessons work at your child's pace and in a stimulating environment they will enjoy.  Class size never exceeds two children to one educator ratio which ensures a quality learning experience.  Your child may even forget that they are gaining fundamental skills in this fun and interactive atmosphere.
